Presence errors or mysql problem?

All,

I see this in the logs (and had trouble logging in): Is this a conflict in a database entry or a sign of deeper problems?

Hey,

Did you have trouble logging in as this particular user? Or, did you have problems with more than the user which was shown in the log file? There is an issue filed for the exception you are seeing, but I would like to narrow down if it is the problem.

JM-921

Thanks,

Alex

It’‘s really had to say as eventually everyone got on, but seeing these errors show up probably meant users couldn’'t get on for a bit.

What’'s the BUG id for this error?
