Presence Indicators all lacking auth?

I’ve activated the plugin for presence indicators and all I’m getting is a null response, and the xml response gives me:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

I’ve researched this and turned on the radio for anyone to request presnce (server > server settings > presence service > X Anyone) and allowed time for the cache to update. I’m still getting the same auth error shown. Is there something else to check?

I am not sure about xml response but you can try using this : http://hostname:9090/plugins/presence/status?jid=userid@domainname

I’ve tried the email address, the user@domain format and user@openfireServerName. None work. All return a null or negative auth response.
