Prevent users from Broadcasting to contact list

Is there any way to prevent users from using Actions - Broadcast Message? I saw in the forum that this may have been fixed with version 2.0.0 but we are using 2.0.7 and users can still send to everyone on their contact list. I am to understand that Spark is treating this as individual messages to each person on the contact list, but is there any way to stop that?

Hi,

I think this was fixed but one can only activate it using the Enterprise Plugin in Wildfire.
