Problem after attempting to install self-signed SSL cert

Having followed the guide (http://www.jivesoftware.org/builds/wildfire/docs/latest/documentation/ssl-guide. html) to replace the default certificate with a self signed one, I now have a server I can’‘t connect to either by Jabber or via the web console. I’'m not terribly pleased with my efforts I have to say (some more cautions about permitting insecure access before embarking upon this might not come amiss either).

So, any ideas on how I get back to a working system? I tried copying the resources/security/keystore file from a fresh download, but to no avail…

Fixed.

I got into the web admin by enabling insecure access (in the conf/wildefire.xml file).

I then followed the suggestion at http://www.jivesoftware.org/community/thread.jspa?messageID=97027&#97027 before re-creating my certificate.

I think the documentation could use a minor tweak to include this.
