I’‘ve got a server running Openfire 3.3.1 on linux. I’‘ve tried installing jwchat and it works from my Windows XP SP2 system running IE 6. When I try to access the site from IE7 or Firefox (1.5 or 2.0) from the same box or Firefox 2.0 from a OSX box I’‘m having problems. I can log in, but when I try to search either for a user or a chatroom, no popup box comes up. In addition, I can’‘t change tabs in the preferences dialog and I can’'t send a request to be authorized.
The funny thing is that when I use the same browsers at jwchat.org everything works perfectly so I know the browsers can work. Any ideas what I may be missing?
