Problem when wildfire installed behind firewall

Hi,

When i install wildfire server behind the firewall, my user can login normally but their status still offline.

How to solve this problem…?

I have the similar problem … My users can’'t login behind the firewall.

Ikeep geting this message:

Localy users can log on but when they go thru firewall …
