Hi All.
When I checked the chat storage in the Server web console, I was able to see all the chat history of users in the company, but since yesterday I’m unable to check it. When the search is requested it appears the date of all the chat but info has nothing. Please see image.
I have been searching for a solution but nothing has helped me. ¿Someone knows what is the problem?
