Export User Data don’'t work

which Wildfire version are you using? I can’'t reproduce this using Wildfire 3.1.0_b2. Are you using LDAP or an external database for the user and group data?

do you also get a stack trace or log messages in one of the log files? I’'m also using the embedded-db so I wonder if it is your user data which causes a problem.

it’‘s probably “just” a memory issue. I did test it with 3 users and didn’'t hit a problem but if you do it with 10k users it may fail. The code does look like that one does allocate a buffer for all users instead of using a stream. “ryang” did write the plugin, so he may want to confirm that it currently works like this.
Would you please post how many users you have in your database?
