Problem with printing conversations

I’m wondering if anyone has run into this issue I’m seeing with Spark. When I right click on a message window and choose the print option, the text that prints out seems to be cut off on the right hand side, like it’s not word wraping correctly. This is using version 2.5.7. It doesn’t seem to matter which computer here I try it with, or which printer I try to print to, they all do the same thing.

Any sugestions would be greatly appriciated.

I have run into this as well with older versions of spark. I just copy and paste into word then print.

This is still an issue with 2.5.8. There is an open support issue for this: http://www.igniterealtime.org/issues/browse/SPARK-864

I will only add to this thread, that we too are seeing the same problem, and our users are complaining

I hope this issue is solved asap (2.5.9)
