Problem with update time for groups

Hi all,

we are trying to create users and groups using a Windows-based client instead of the web based Jive administration console: this because we have to create a lot of groups and users starting from a pre-existent persons’’ database.

Creating users and associating them to groups directly on DB, we noticed that Jive don’'t load info before next restart.

Do someone can suggest us a quick method to make Jive load information any time we want, or instead few minutes after db changed?
