We have a user that can receive messages, but cannot send messages.
The username has an apostrophe in it, like Dan.O’'Connor.
When the user types a message, we can see at the bottom that “user is typing a message”. But the message never gets delivered.
I have created another account as a work around, but this seems like it could be a bug.
Anyone have a fix for this?
The problem doesn’'t exist if the display name has the apostophe in it, only if it is in the user account name.
I have looked through the error logs, but don’'t see anything obvious.
We are using LDAP integration into Active Directory.
edit: We are using Spark for the client.
