Hi!
I have a problem with a user who has an extension Spark assigned and when the user calls or receives a call and want to transfer to another extension, when you press the transfer button does not show the text to enter the extension number.
It proved to assign the extension to another user and there shows no problem transferring the button, therefore it is the extension rule.
Replace Spark 2.5 version of the 2.6 and I still get the same problem. Even delete and re-create the active directory user thinking it’s user problem but not succeeded.
I wonder if anyone can tell me how to fix this problem with the spark.
