Two issues, one is more of a bug report and the other is a new feature.

When the connection to a conference room is lost, you have to close the dead conference window before you can re-join the conference. If you try to join the same conference with the dead window open, nothing happens. This adds more clicks than are necessary.

It would be even better if the connection to the conference room was reconnected after a set period of time, just like when the jabber server connection is lost. We use standing conference rooms as a support area, and its annoying to have to constantly reconnect when the connection is dropped.
