Problems with Import Plugin and Admin Console

Hi, I have two problems:

  1. I am using release 3.6.4, on a windows vista machine. I am also using the embedded database, when I import users from an XML file using the plugin, it says import successful, but then these users do not show up under the users tab in the admin console. Also, when I search for the username it does not show up. I also checked the openfire text file in the embedded-db directory, and it does not have the new users over there either. I even tried restarting the plugin, but no luck.

  2. For some reason, openfire does not recognize my password, even though I am dead sure I’m entering it right, and to fix it I have to reinstall each time, is there any way to fix this?
