Problems with update Monitoring Service 1.0.1 to 1.1.0

Hi Community !!

Initially , i’m study in a english course yet, so sorry fot the wrongs :confused:

My problem is :

  • When i was update the plugin ( Monitoring service ) to the 1.1.0 ( before was 1.0.1 ) , the icon " arquiving " vanished from the my openfire console , and now, i can’t monitoring the conversations.

The openfire version is 3.5.2 , but i can’t update to 3.6.1 , because we are inplant a new ERP and don’t have time to look this now :S

Please can anyone help me ! "

I wold delete the new version of the plugin and its folder manually from the server. Attached is the older version.

I didn’t see the option to upload manually the plugin

Now it’s work perfectly

i will backup all plugins now ^^

Todd, I had the same issue… will deleting the plugin and loading the last version delete the conversations recorded up to that point?
