Based on feedback from several users, we’'ve created professional support plans for Jive Messenger. Two levels of support are available:
Silver – $495 annually per server (email support).
Gold – $995 annually per server (email, phone, and live chat support).

We’'ll also be working on a program to provide guaranteed response times to questions posted in the forums by support customers.
Official support plans don’‘t mean that our dedication to providing free answers in the forums will be decreased. Instead, the support plans are targeted at organizations that require paid support in order to deploy Jive Messenger. The plans also provide access to Jive Software’'s very experienced support engineers, which provide support for our commercial products (Jive Forums, Jive Knowledge Base, and Jive Live Assistant).
