As prohibit the add contacts in spark / openfire?

There is no real way to prevent users from adding contacts to their roster. You can configure the subscription plugin to deny requests to add users. Then configure the packet filter plugin to block communication to certain users. That is probably the only way to effectively stop the communication. The names will still be added to the list but not be able to be used.
