I’'d love to have the “History” tab in Fastpath link into Openfire somehow to give reps access to previous transcripts for a user.
Think about it this way…

Customer talks to REP A, drops connection
-
Customer then has to give all the background all over again to REP B
We already have a history tab in Fastpath inside of Spark. Please provide a link off this tab to the actual transcripts for the chats, so that it’'s easy to find out what the customer was talking about “last time”.
