Quick question about encryption strength today …
from our internal wildfire server:
- Connection established using EDH-RSA-DES-CBC3-SHA (TLSv1/SSLv3)
from jabber.org:
- Connection established using AES256-SHA (TLSv1/SSLv3)
How can we achieve this higher level of encryption when communicating with wildfire? If I put my own certificate in the store that was created with a higher bit count, would that do it? or if the cert’’ I created (& however I had it processed by caCert or our internal CA) using certain switches to get it to use AES?
Thanks.
Cheers.
Peace.
