Question creating about chat rooms

We have it setup so that anyone can create a chatroom.

The server domain name is

jabber.domain.com both internally and externally on DNS.

When i try and join a chat room, the client auto-populates the server with

I try it that way, and i cant create a room.

I remove the conference and use jabber.domain.com and i still cant create a room

What am I doing wrong here?

Hi,

Are you certain you have the Groupchat permissions set properly on the Openfire Admin Console?

Yes im sure they are set correctly.

It used to work and I was able to create rooms at any time.

Now I can no longer do it.
