So here’s the reason I’m asking, I’m a net admin for a call center outsourcer. We have a client who is requiring that agents for their services cannot talk to other agents from other contracts.
So my idea is to keep openfire 3.4.2 for the main complement of the company and setup widlfire 3.1.0 up on the same server but target the Ldap read to the OU for this new setup.
I have both openfire and wildfire installed and they are living just fine, however, I notice that the wildfire install when logging into the admin console has jabberus.corp.company.name instead of jive2.company.name
I’ve edited the xmpp domain property and restarted the process but the server name field hasn’t changed. Am I missing something?
