I have a setup where depending on the value of a drop-down field users are routed to one of two queues. Both queues won’t be open all of the time, so sometimes when a particular value is selected the No Agent Available text will be displayed
However, I’m seeing a problem where the Queue Position text is being displayed first, for usually about 8 seconds, although sometimes it can be displayed for much longer. I’m concerned that this would cause confusion as it says that the user is 1st in the queue before then being told that in fact the room is closed
I wondered if anyone else has seen this problem and know of a fix?
