We recently deployed OpenFire on a Windows server. The Spark client is randomly disconnecting throughout the day. I am also testing Pidgin, while it does not disconnect as often it has disconnected once today.
Since we are seeing this with both clients, I am assuming there is something going on at the server. Since I am new to this, any advice on what to look at?

Update:
After reading some posts, I set the xmpp.client.idle -1 setting. We will see what happens.
