Hello every one I have found out why the video mail is not working right the messages are being save in the red5 server red5/webapps/aflaDemo/streams
copying the message files and pasting them in openfire/plugins/red5/streams and you will can get your video messages threw your messanger the message files must be in both directorys for message playback to work
