Red5 Video resize to 640x480 not working

ok, so I got OpenLaszlo Server, JDK 1.4.2 and swfmill and created new files to use my cam at 640x480 with red5. I am using a Logitech QuickCam 4000 Pro that supports 6408x480. When I load the new html file, it takes a minute to load, then I either get no video or a black screen. Can someone look at my changes and tell me what isn’t right?

Also, the light on the camera comes on when i open the video640x480.html file. The video.html and video320x240.html files work fine.
