The source code is directly in the plugin. As it is based on code from the Spellchecker plugin, its is Apache License, Version 2.0.
Its not yet ready to be part of Spark SVN. There is a fair bit of work needed to make it compatible with the Spark Ant build script for plugins. I will let you know, when it is ready
More progress on this and it should be ready to become an official Spark plugin after beta testing.
