I work for a small ISP in the Central New Mexico area. We’ve recently installed OpenFire to interface with our Asterisk server, as well as installed FastPath in order to handle chat requests from our customers. However, all of our Windows users here at our office are having problems with Spark leaving video artifacts behind. This happens in particuar with Incoming Call popups. The popup window will appear in the lower right corner of the screen as usual, but will also redraw several times in the upper left corner of the screen, causing the active window to lose focus, and in some cases, causing the active window to redraw a few dozen pixels down. This will leave video artifacts from both the popup window and from the active window.
I’ve compiled a small list of stats from people having this problem, as well as included two screenshots, one with annotations.
