Remote Login Cannot Receive IM''s

I have recently installed Wildfire 3.1.1 on a Windows 2003 R2 server at a remote location. It uses LDAP for authentication. Local users can login and communicate with each other without a problem. However, if I try to login remotely I can see other online users in my roster and send them messages but I cannot receive any of their replies. I have port forwarding to the server on 5222 and 5223 (TCP/UDP).

Has anyone else had a similar problem?

I found the problem to be a Windows Firewall issue. I had to add Spark.exe to the exceptions list. I was able to push it out through group policy.
