Replicating up to date server infromation to client

First of all I would like to say hello to everyone, this is my first post I hope this is in the correct area.

I have searched for previous questions similar to mine and have not been able to find a solution.

I am currently running Wildfire V3.2.4 with Psi V0.11.

The issue I have is changes made to the accounts held on the server (specifically renaming) are not then replicated to current clients.

If a new user is created and connects then they receive the up to date information displayed in the clients.

I have cleared the cache on the server but it appears to be the client side that is holding the out of date information. This remains the case if I unistall the client and reinstall it.

Is there a command I can run which will force an update of the clients?

Any help will be gratefully received.

If this issue has been resolved in a later version then I will look into getting this security acreditation to be allowed onto the network.

Are you doing your changes directly in database? Openfire will not notice that, so there is no good way to inform the clients.

The better way would be using Openfire methods to modify things. E.g. you could use the UserService plugin. It allows to change such things using HTTP requests. You could also write your own plugin.
