REQ: Group Level Devolved User Management

First of all, my apologies if this has been suggested already, but I have not yet seen it elsewhere.

Would it be feasible in some future release to flag certain user accounts as “group admins?” Theses group admins could only add users, remove users and change passwords for their home group.

Thanks for the feature request. We would like to offer role-based administration in the admin console for a future release, which would make features like this possible.
