I asked this question as part of an e-mail to Jive Software, but after finding these forums this is probably the better place to ask it.
Basically, Spark Fastpath is looking pretty good to us so far, but our desired behaviour is for chat requests to appear on all agents screens at once, and then after one agent has accepted it, it disappears from the others (as if the customer cancelled it or something).
Does anyone know if this is possible, and if not, can we make a feature request?
