Requests to all agents at once

I asked this question as part of an e-mail to Jive Software, but after finding these forums this is probably the better place to ask it.

Basically, Spark Fastpath is looking pretty good to us so far, but our desired behaviour is for chat requests to appear on all agents screens at once, and then after one agent has accepted it, it disappears from the others (as if the customer cancelled it or something).

Does anyone know if this is possible, and if not, can we make a feature request?

That feature has been requested before and has been collecting some steam. I have gone ahead and filed ENT-76 and will talk this over with the rest of the team to see when it can make it in.
