We are using Openfire and we often have the Roster Lost bug, see it at http://www.igniterealtime.org/issues/browse/OF-141
We do not use Shared group bug somes times when the server failure (kill, crash or something else), roster are not saved and the server goes back without any rosteritem. We got this problem many times.
We can reproduced it by adding a user into a roster, the server stayed online the night and the next morning day if we kill it, the roster wasn’t saved. At the restart the user’s roster is empty.
Any idea to fix it ?
Is it a cache bug ? Maybe we can force database to be write.
