Can Wildfire run as a Limited user in the Windows platform?

Not sure what do you mean by limited user but you may use Wildfire even if you don’'t have admin permissions. However, I think that you may not be able to run it as a windows service.

it’'s no problem to run wildfire as a service.
Either you use Tomcat and the wildfire.war or “Java Service Wrapper” http://sourceforge.net/projects/wrapper/ or some other service wrapper. Using a wrapper may require a .cmd start script (like the .sh script for unix).
