maybe you are right, but tests result is so far:
The problem persists not on any clients we use.
Most problems are when psi-user is on jive-messenger.
But the problem changed since the last update of JM a bit.
Here the actual problem in simple words:
user A is using jive-messenger, with Psi
user B using jabberd 1.4, with exodus, Gaim or something else
user A is unable to see user B online, but A is able to send B a message
User B is able to see user A online, but can’'t send him a message
In all other configurations we tried JM is running absolutely perfekt!

So what your test case is telling is that serverB (amessage.de) is not being able to connect to serverA (JM). Could you post the debug log (and any error related to connectivity problem)? To make the test simpler let’'s just focus on message sending. Once userB is able to send userA a message we can then focus on presences. BTW, sending messages should be independent from the client you are using.
