Same old AsteriskIM problem

I can key in our Asterisk Server’‘s settings, and I can see Wildfire attaching to the Asterisk server…but no server appears in the server list, and the Phone Mappings button doesn’'t do anything.

Is that a database issue? (that’'s my first guess) Any idea how to update/repair the embedded database?

Fresh install on a fresh server - same problem.

You will need to manually run the db scripts for the Embedded db, a user has generously provided instructions here:

That worked fine - a bit fiddly, but it did work.
