I have Fastpath working on Openfire 3.6.1 with users using Spark 2.5.8. The users are simply making requests real time to a group of managers. The issue I am having is that a single user will make multiple unique requests daily. Each new request will need to be a new chat, as if it were a new, unique question. I am seeing that when a user makes his/her first request, everything works as it should. If the same user makes a new request, however, the user only sees a request to re-send the invitation. If the user says yes, nothing happens on the agent side. Is there any way around this?
