Search user from Server A to Server B

Hi all,

I have two Wildfire Servers, Server A in City X and Server B in City Y. I am using PSI as client.

Both servers are connected throws the net. Server A has in his white list the address of Server B. Server B has in his while list the address of Server A.

Users that belong the city X can search and add users in Server A.

Users that belong the city Y can search and add users in Server B.

The problem is

When an user that is client of Server A want to search users that belong Server B, this user CAN NOT Search, the option in the PSI is disable.

In PSI, the option “Discover Service”, “Direction”, in this field I see the two domain, but I can see “User Search” enable only of the domain that belong the client, when I choose the other domain the “User Search” option is disable.

In PSI I can add contact with the option “Add contact”, from Server A to Server B, only if the user knows the jabber ID, but generally I don’'t know. We need to search the users.

Thanks in advanced

Hi,

so you are sure that this is a Wifi server and not a PSI client problem? I didn’'t see such problems using Spark and maybe PSI trusts on some depreciated search JEPs.
