Currently we have many groups such as Support Staff, Technical Staff, Teachers, Counsellors, Administrators, and a few others. It is possible to use Control key and select multiple users within one group and send a broadcast message to them. If you try ctrl-clicking on users within different groups the previously selected entries from the other group are unhighlighted making it impossible to use ctrl click. In our environment it is very common for somebody to want to send a message to people within these different groups so it would be awesome if this feature could be implemented. Thank you.
