A few days ago I noticed that the archiving of chats on the server wasn’t showing any new conversations. I took a few minor troubleshooting steps by reloading the plug-in, restarting the Openfire service, and even going as far as rebooting the system. I’ve checked the disk space on the server and there’s only 10% utilized. Any help would be appreciated greatly.
