SIP Plugin: receiving calls with spark but cannot make calls?

Hi All,

I need assistance please. I have set up my SIP account in Openfire 3.6.4, together with Spark 2.5.8, all works well accept for the following:

1.) Openfire 3.6.4: When running a test = Timeout error

2.) Spark 2.5.8: Dailing a number but nothing happens, accept for the little window appearing saying dailing, but it does not dial.

Your assistance will be much appreciated!
