Slow speed in user search(via Spark on LDAP)

Hi everyone,

when I search for users, the search take quite a long time to show the results (10 to 15 sec.)

The openfireserver is conencted to an AD, under the OU are olny users and security groups, but the user occur in a depth of 4 paths (can’t change that)

Is there any idea how to improve the search field (can I for example kick out the security group via search filter, or have they noting to do with performance)

What is meant by indexing?
