I don’'t know how to use smack with the jive messenger

As for using smack with Jive Messenger, first setup Jive Messenger. Once Jive Messenger is running you can use the smack library to send and receive messages using Jive Messenger. You can find more information on Jive Messenger at http://www.jivesoftware.com/products/messenger/.
