I’m installing Openfire on my Ubuntu 14.04 Server. I’m in the wizard connecting to my local openldap server. I’m getting a socket closed error during my test connection. Is this usually an error due to ports not opened on my openfire server or would it more likely be from my openldap server?
My openldap runs on ClearOS. Has anyone had experience with connecting openfire to ClearOS openldap? If so, could you point me in the right direction on how to set this up.
