Some contacts try to connect to the server but the roster is shown as if all of the contacts were offline. I wonder if there is a solution to this problem.

Any idea what It might be…

Eduardo

Guys,

I thought that this problem just happened in old Jive Messenger versions. I realized that my Wildfire 2.5.0 is presenting it too.

Any idea?

Regards,

Eduardo

Hi eduardo

Other than exodus, what clients do you use? Do you have the same issue with other clients too? How is userbase look like?

Regards,

wmhtet

Hi Wmhtet,

I use Exodus 0.9.1.0 and JAJC 0.0.8.114 clients. It happens with these 2 clients.

My userbase looks like it’'s ok.

Regards,

Eduardo
