when I use msn in Spark, but sometime the message will lost and I cant communicate with my buddys.
when I relogin msn, I can communicate with my buddys again.
how to solve the problem?

I had the same problem, but were due to lack of permission in the firewall, the firewall block all messaging applications were activated and had no exclusion for the open fire server , we create a rule for this server and it worked normally.
