Some users cannot log in on spark after openfire server transfer to new machine

Good day!

Anybody may know the problem why some users cannot logiin on spark after the openfire server transfer to another machine.

What version of Spark? What error do they get? You can also check the logs for more detailed error at C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Spark
What is different about these machines? Maybe they have different network settings, maybe firewall is blocking connections from them on the server. Maybe they have different Spark settings (compare working and not working ones).
