Hi people, i have openfire 3.7.1 running on an Ubuntu 10.04.2 amd64 + Sun Java 1.6.0_26 64 Bit, everything is working fine for most users, but some cannot communicate with others, they log in, but the messages sent by then simply are not received in the other side, and they cannot receive messages too, the weird thing is that nothing related to this problem is shown in the logfiles, apparently.
The machine is a a cloud server on an external datacenter and openfire is configured for get the users an groups from an Active Directory on the local net through an Openvpn VPN.
The hardware is:
4x Quad-Core AMD Opteron™ Processor 2374 HE
2GB RAM Memory
Java opts for openfire:
DAEMON_OPTS="-Xms768m -Xmx1836m"
Some changes in Openfire’s cache system, with no effect:
cache.username2roster.size = 8192000
cache.vcardCache.size = 4096000
Any help will be appreciated.
