Sony computer or Vista 64bit

Hi, I am having problem getting spark to work. I am using spark 2.5.8 on a sony laptop using vista business 64bit software. everytime i login it give me an login error, Can’t connect to server: invalid name or server not reachable. but when I login using another computer / vista home edition 32bit it work fine. what setting need to be change or is it just vista. thanks

What OS is your Openfire server running on?
