The dictionary in Spark is commercial, in other words, it would cost to add a Spanish edition too.

The dictionary plugin is licensed to Spark, to add a Spanish Dictionary to spark would cost Igniterealtime/JiveSoftware to purchase a license.

you may want contact @Daniel Henninger if you want to sponsor the project. So igniterealtime.org can release a Spark version with Spanish support.
