I’ve downloaded Spark 2.6.0, and placed into my applications folder. When I launch the program it begins to run but then immediately quits. I’ve done this several times with two different browsers (Safari and Firefox). Anyone else having the same issue?
System: Macbook Air, OS 10.6.6. 4 GB RAM 1.86 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
I’ve got it working in my three OSX systems, no issue here. The only thing I think you need to have into account is that you need to run the application with the 32-bit JVM version in OSX.

running 2.6.0 on a MB5,2 10.6.7 without any problems
